I am NOT a writer, hence the reason I'm posting here.
I need some help writing a short fundraising letter.
I also cannot for the life of me, see how to post my request under the "listings" section instead of here on the discussion board.
I'd like a simple letter to send to a cpl major corps to help save what we can of the Apacheland Movie Ranch in Arizona before the developer's bulldozers transform it into yet another housing development. We can't stop the dozers, but we have about 5 months to save whatever buildings we can, board by board, and relocate them to museum grounds. This movie set was used for many TV shows, movies, and commercials. Including The Rifleman, Charro and others. I'd like to send letters to ABC, Disney (who owns ABC) and some other corps who have used the locale for their projects, asking for whatever monetary assistance we can get.
A google search for Apacheland, Rifleman, Charro, Elvis, etc. will show you what I'm talking about.
